NCAA Pool...

I sent the spreadsheets to Megan, Stevie V., Vic, Jeff and Da Bandit, so check your email InBoxes...

You can fill out as many sheets as you want, just save them as separate spreadsheet files. Don't forget to put your name on each one also.

All FPGPers should be aware of a scam being perpetrated by one of our very own. Yes, Stevie V. is fraudulently maintaining some sort of connection to the University of Kansas. I think he stole my Jayhawk ballcap and considers that "close enough" to be an alum.

Since his beloved Billikens were toasted by the ferocious Colonials of George Washington (in Atlantic City, no less - a trip similar to the nightly busloads from NYC which drop off the teeming masses who lose their paychecks at the slots in 2 hours - hey, the beverages are free)and the only Loyolas still playing are in state high school tournaments, the poor lad seems to be desperately trying to salvage some pride.

It looks like only Megan and I have taken up the brazen papist challenge tossed out by Talonflier.

So far I have picks in from Jeff and Vic... if you are getting into the pool, get those babies to me tomorrow.

I lived in the adjacent state of Missouri (St. Louis) for many years, like the music of the Jayhawks, spent a weekend in Kanas City (went to the Kansas side too), and drove past Lawrence on the way to Colorado. So, I think that's good enough ---

ok, all brackets are in... MG didn't get back to me, so apparently she is just putting all her cashola on UCLA. I have brackets from Jeff, Vic, Johnny V., Stevie V., and (gasp) THREE from Da Bandit. When I get the scoring sheets emailed to me I will distribute to you folks and/or post them here.

I have the obligatory "UCLA to win it all sheet" so I don't feel like the asshole if my alma mater wins and I didn't pick them because I'm such a genius. Split 2 sheets with a buddy at work.

I want to nip all talk in the bud about a possible rodent-like affliction.

A Rodent-like affliction would be to diddle about and NOT submit any entries.

Oh, another connection between me and the Jayhawks is that Kansas in playing in the "St. Louis" region! Enough said ---
