NCAA Pool?

If anyone is interested in getting in to a $10 NCAA basketball brackets pool, hit me with an email or comment here... I have a friend running one, and I will distribute the spreadsheet for you to fill in next week.

Don't fret about your FPGP performance... at this rate, you'll play for free next year!

Talon if it's a NIT pool I'll take my back-to-back championship Gamecocks vs anyone. Otherwise, I'm in for the NCAA pool. Count me in.

Unfortunately Vic, I can't even make the wager... USC is out, and my undergrad school is Div. 3.

I like G'town this year though...

Hoya Saxa, Talonflier! I never knew you were a graduate of that great Jesuit institution of the Confederacy. Let me see what the brackets are and I may take you up on the $20 side bet. I happen to like the Hoyas chances, especially since the Big East has been somewhat dissed all year by the talking heads as not having any elite teams.

New Texan, count me in also.

MG... I went to THE USC... not southern cal... that would be U. South Carolina... in fact, so did shades, robbo, and tiger/joel/excalibur/whatever the hell he is calling himself these days.

I had season tickets to Florida Gator football for 6 years. That's close to being an alum, isn't it? After all, football has always been the most important department on that campus.

Since 2mg03 has taken up Talonflier's gauntlet, I guess the only honorable thing is for me to do so also. Last year, I would have echoed 2mg03's "gladly" and upped the ante, but I'll simply go for the $20 this year (and perhaps consider it a charity contribution). I'm a fallen angel of L.A. - UCLA Bruins.

Hey Robbo, you are awfully quiet about the Great Danes of Albany. Where's your school pride? Aren't you going to offer us the opportunity for a $20 side bet?

Not only the money in your team's case. I'm sure that Pope Benedict will wire a personal note to The Hoyas - as Defenders of the Faith and as representatives of the flock of The One True Holy Apostolic Church - some motivating, warrior-like thoughts from an obscure 12th century monk.
