Golf Anyone?
Hey Florida FPGPers... I am going to be in Daytona on May 22nd for work... Would anyone be interested in playing golf on the afternoon of the 21st? I have no clue if any of you are close or not, but I'd probably be able to get into Daytona on the 21st sometime in the morning, and we could tee it up in the afternoon.

So much for my knowledge of Florida geography...
If we could do Sawgrass or Doral, I'd be interested... at some point we need to get off our collective butts and plan for an FPGP golf weekend. Doral, Sawgrass, RT Jones Trail in Alabama,... I'd be interested in any of those. And of course, you don't have to ask me twice to go to Vegas.
Oh, and my trip got punted until the summer anyway... stupid work schedules.

September is completely open for me. I only have 1 conference in October, so that would work also.
Since Robbo and Voodoo have nothing to do all summer, we should anoint them as the organizers as they will have time to research the best deals. Of course, we'll have to doublecheck their findings, given their track record of picking players who never play for their FPGP teams. Perhaps Mary Kaye can join us in the outing this year?
One possibility would be the RT Jones course in Mobile which once hosted the Nike Tour Championship. That could be combined with a round at English Turn in NOLA, which was hungering for post Katrina play last year. Voodoo would know what the current situation is. And, if Johnny V has The Monkey Hill Classic in October again, that could be a part of the trip.
With enough lead time, I am pretty open... right now, anything in the fall is a possibility.
Hmmmm... can we trust someone who's FPGP moniker is "da rodent" to do this? Jeff has more time than anyone, but we'd end up playing course that play to 5800 yards... ok, I trust Rodent.
Sawgrass / Doral may be cost ineffective, but I am willing to cough up to do it once... my guess is that there would be resistance though. I am all for a golf trip that ends up in NOLA though.
The tourney also sounds good... if it is a two-man best ball, I call JG as my partner!
