FPGP DATA

If you want to see the actual data used to calculate the standings, you can click here. I've put this link on the sidebar as well, so you can come back from time to time and check my math.

Now... if there is a mistake, try not to get your panties in a wad. It will be easily corrected. I do suggest that everyone looks at their players to make sure I have the starting values correct.

monkey not alone...

starting next year, i am going to tell everyone to mail their fpgp checks to bandit so we can save on postage/transaction fees.

We are why he can afford to live in Boca Raton

Fred Couples is one disk away from a wheelchair. He won't play 12 events this year, especially after cashing well already. He is a bohemian, not the "type a" that worries about the money list. This silly season soldier ain't gonna bring Bandit anything but mideseason despair. Enjoy those 190 pts because they will start eroding quick.

That's going up on the bulletin board, Talonflier!

I guess I can excuse his petulance since the "Let's Go's" stole Santana out from under the Bronx Bumblers thereby condemning his beloved Yanks' starting rotation to being "sketchy" at best.

Boom Boom will be just fine. I hope Talonflier's prediction that he'll be able to play 11 tournaments is on target, especially if he tees it up at The Masters. That's sufficient play for him to rank higher on the money list than most of the guys on your One Year Flashes team.

While Freddie is making the cut for the 20 something time at Augusta, where the hell will your bozos be that weekend. You have a better chance of playing with Bubba than he has of being at Augusta (unless he buys a ticket). And Jim McGovern? For a second, I thought that could be the Jim McGovern who works as a production editor at our company. But then I looked him up on pgatour.com and saw that it couldn't possibly be. The guy here typically earns more money placing art and copyediting than your stiff does striking the agate. He surely will be available to visit "the home of golf" (as Boo so eloquently stated)that weekend and eat some mullet with you. You'll have 4 candidates to pick out a fourth or maybe Vodoo or Roobo can join you in Malbis.

Remember Talonflier, "Ecstasies are different in a pious, sublime, noble man, such as Plato, and in camel drivers who smoke who smoke hashish."

Finally, some banter worthy of the blog. When someone goes boom boom it usually refers to fecal matter. I am holding 2 of this year's Kuchars. DOn't start smelling your own piss Bandit, as they say in those investment ads past performance is no guarantee of future returns.

If you guys could keep the posts to two syllable words and fewer historical/philosophical references, that would be great. Remember, we have teams like "the shize" in the pool now, and other than "booga da booga da boo!" they are going to have a hard time following along.

New Tex, I thought there was a rule of not bashing other people on the Blog that you dont know. Well you've just been added to my list of people I do know. For someone that has been in this league so long, you should know not to talk trash after the first four weeks. But let it begin. By the way I might not understand what some of the words mean coming from the guys who seem to be around 50 years old. But you were right about the Coming to America refference (Booga da Booga Da Boo). I would rather go out and pull as much pussy (Sorry Mrs. Gretzky) as possible rather than sitting around reading passages from old college text books. I might not be a great philosopher, but when it comes to fantasy and talking shit you all should consider me a god!!!!!! I'll make sure to drop a little shit on you as a fly by you in the next four weeks.

dont get your panties in a wad Shize... i was just trolling to see if you were still reading... and hey, I told you that I thought you had the best picks of all the rookies... that should be good enough for 6th place.

where did you find the picture of shane?

Sorry about that comment on the reference to Coming to America when in fact it was Trading Places.
"Booga da Booga da boo"

Robbo... good point re: Santana. I was hoping the Sox would stay away from him, and I'm glad to see him in the NL.

Da Rodent has a point even though his Stanks desperately were chasing Santana to get a #1 pitcher. If Pavano was worth only $40 mil for 4 years, then $135 mil may seem a tad high. What the hell, there's always Pettite to be your #1.

For someone who never has the balls to spend $20 to make a trade in the FPGP, he has a lot of moxie calling his competitors "cowering dolts."
