Are you asking? If so, I assume you had some massive brain trauma that has limitted your ability to read. So sorry...
No that was the Title of the Post. See, some people title a post like, "Golf Lesson: Visual Imagery", or "Who in the FPGP doesn't like Beer?". Title is then followed by content. Content is not limited to words, but can all be images. In this case, it was an IMAGE that the TITLE was referring to.
We both went to USC (me for undergrad, you for grad), but I thought the Graduate Program was better than that.
Yeah, that is pretty clear... maybe "Pebble Beach TV Times" would have been a bit more clear. Questions usually imply that there is an answer requested... for example, if you titled a post "What is Jason Gore's weight? I would assume you would be asking for some guesses.
For the record, I thought the "who doesn't like beer?" title was also awkward... but the image made up for it.

I hate those people that post comments like, " I love your blog. I have a blog about diapers you for adults.". I think those should be deleted. No free ads! (Unless it benefits me.)

Don't listen to shades... 95% of the images on this site are "hosted" by blogger.com.
The commish does send his thanks to Shades for using a small amount of his private server space to host the leaderboard and fpgp data stuff.
