This should catch on as the year goes on. E.G. I distinctly recall from the storied annals of the FPGP a year when Duval was often referred to as "Dickhead" or "Dickface." Despite his improved start this year, I'd say it's still even money whether or not those monikers will surface again on these hallowed pages.
