Best World Series' Stat: Dice K drove in more runs (2) on Saturday than A-Rod has driven in over the last three post-seasons (1). Hmmm... maybe that $103 million was well spent.
As for the paradigm shift, which is now complete... we now live in a world where Sox fans can watch Sportscenter for their teams' highlights... while the Stanks are relegated to ESPN Classic. Enjoy living in the past boys!
Don't worry, Tex, Robbo has more to think about than the Sox!! First, A-Rod and the rest of the Free Agents that are packing up and heading out of the Bronx... and Second, carrying me in the two-man scramble on Friday in New Orleans!!! I'll be on a Red Sox hang-over and gearing up for the Pats - Colts game on Sunday!!!
Yes... while it was completely classless of AFraud to make his announcement last night... and let's put this on him, not Boras... AFraud is the client and he makes the ultimate decisions... the juxtaposition of the events was precious.
Classless is also not showing up to receive the Hank Aaron award last night either. I hope nobody picks him up (certainly not the Sox)!! Who walks away from $150 million??? Well, I guess someone that will likely make twice as much!!
