Kenneth Ferrie!
Take a bow, Tubs... assuming you can bend through the back. Your award will be presented by Jason Gore, as soon as he finishes off the all you can eat crab legs at the Red Lobster.

And this week's WD player is David Tom's. And for what it's worth, Robert WD Allenby seems to have recovered from his "injury" that forced him to WD 2 weeks ago and play in the US Open. When did PGA tour players become so fragile. Maybe it's all the roid's they have been on and now they are just breaking down.

I'll wager $20 that Kenneth doesn't finish in the top 10.

From Wikipedia:

Kenneth Ferrie (born 28 September 1978 in Ashington, Northumberland) is an English professional golfer who plays on the European Tour.

Ferrie won the British Boys Championship in 1996 and made his first appearance on the European Tour that year as an invitee at his local event, the Slaley Hall Northumberland Challenge, but he missed the cut. He turned professional in 1999. In 2000 he played mainly on the second tier Challenge Tour and claimed his first professional win at the Tessali Open del Sud. He was successful on at the 2000 Qualifying School, earning the right to play on the European Tour, but he initially struggled at that level and had to go back to the Qualifying School to retain his tour card for 2002. He did however win a second time on the Challenge Tour in 2001 by capturing the Challenge Total Fina Elf.

Since 2002 Ferrie has performed solidly on the European Tour. In 2003 he won for the first time at that level at the Canarias Open de Espana. In 2005 he came from behind to win the Smurfit European Open, one of the leading tournaments in Europe, when third round leader Thomas Bjorn collapsed to a final round 86, playing the last four holes in ten over par. Ferrie's winning margin was two shots.

Ferrie's brother Iain has played on the Challenge Tour.

WHAT THE HELL IS THE CHALLENGE TOUR? His Ferrie's bro Iain "special"?

The funny thing is that someone one Dan Patrick's show this week GUARANTEED that Toms would WIN.

Golfer's have always been fragile, and with so much on the line now, there is no way anyone is risking permanent injury.

I'd take that bet, with the proper odds... straight up, it is like betting against the sun rising in the East. Give me 7:1 and you are on.

I'll give you 2:1.

I don't negotiate bad bets... and in the time that my offer went up to your counter offer, he made a double bogey... 12:1.

No bet's.

I loved how all day Thurs., I kept hearing from the announcers how good a chance Sergio has. "..and if his putting holds up...", which it didn't. Nor he "great ball striking". Wow, his 15 min, or 15 months of fame fell fast.

Yeah, one of the ESPN genuises also said to "watch out" for Stephen Ames who finished +10 and now has some extra time off.

another gem talon... and did you notice how mickelson looked like he was lactating before getting to the first tee? AND the announcers said he already changed his shirt once.
