The Shane/Jay (aka, "da rooks") team and I had a little communication breakdown last week with some email problems. They intended to make a trade, but the email came through my junk mail and I didn't see it until this week when Jay emailed me to see what was going on with the standings. As such, I'm allowing the trade to go in like it should have.
The boys dropped Ian Poulter and picked up Mathias Gronberg.
Next week's update will reflect this change.

Interesting. Either Da Rooks used rather colorful language rivaling Poulter's outfits or the filter couldn't take it as serious that someone would trade for Gronberg.

It wasn't by choice. The club fell out of the bag and was bent, thus changing the club. Rules state that you can't play with an altered club. So he had a few other irons to choose from in which to putt with. He chose 7-iron and drained a nice putt on 18 with it.
I appreciate the rules of golf, but how does you putter fall out of your bag? Physic defying club flight or anger (most probable culprit) You can appreciate our move. Think of it this way, you tune in to watch one of your fantasy baseball players and notice that he is batting with his bat held upside down!
Bandit your comment had me rolling out of my chair. When my brother (Jay) told me about their trade I said, "Who in the hell is that" then came back with a sarcastic "Does it really matter".
Gronberg shot a smoooooooth 77 today. Yikes.
Hey Shize, thanks for the confirmation. Now I'm absolutely convinced that New Tex's filter saw the trade message as an announcement to switch to a new Scandinavian sex toy or a penis enlargement pill. I'll bet if we sent New Tex a message about The Gronberg 77, his system won't even let it reach the Junk folder but would quarantine it!
