  9. Short Ken Duke? Mr. 21 (in all-around ranking)? He's yet another character from Hope, Arkansas. Home of the chubby Bill Clinton, the chubby Mike Huckabee and now the chubby Ken Duke. Someone should get the McDonald's in Hope, Arkansas closed down.
