UPDATE

I will try to get an update done tonite... it turns out that every one of my clients all have pressing needs today, so I can't goof off. Damnit.

In the meantime, here's another update:

    Sorry gang... I couldn't get to it last night. I am leaving for PhX on Monday afternoon, but should have some time in the morning to put up a post Cog Hill/BMW update on Monday morning.
