I am proposing the first ever FPGP Open.
When: April 26-29
Where: Dallas, Texas
Why: Play Golf, Watch Golf and meet the other FPGPers.
Anyone interested? Any suggestions on a better date and location. Florida works for me too.

Unfortunately, I'll be at a conference in NYC on those dates but I think the 1st FPGP Open is a great idea! Let's find a way to make it happen.
It's a good idea, but not those dates... I see you are trying to double dip and make this thing coincide with the Nelson. I'd rather go to the tourney that weekend than actually play golf.

Jacksonville in July? That sounds unbelievably hot and humid to me... this thing needs to be in the spring or fall, not in the middle of summer.
It would be good if we could also plan it around something else going on in the area that weekend... preferably a sporting event.
or, short of that, something along the lines of the RTJ trail in 'Bama in the fall.
And of course, there's always vegas...
'bama? I'm game for that. I'll be holding off on Vegoose for a while.
May and September would be great months for me as I have no business travel scheduled. The RTJ trail works well for me. The Mobile and Opelika tracks are excellent. JG probably played them on the Nike/Buy.com tour.
